Swar Vigyan:
It is a great science of air we inhale. Air breath by left or right nostril is called SWAR. In healthy personswar changed after a fixed time automatically. You can check yourself that from the two nostrils i.e. left or right, from which nostril air is flowing more.
Surya Swar: When more air if flowing in and out from right nostril, it is said “SURYA SWAR”. It is hot in nature and creates heat in body.
Chandra Swar: When more air if flowing in and out from left nostril, it is said CHANDRA SWAR. It is cold in nature and creates cold in body.
Sushumna: When more air if flowing in and out equally from left and right nostrils, it is said Sushumna.
